Generelly, sample delivery shall be made from Monday through Thursday, from 1ooo to 16oo, as well as on Friday from 1ooo till 133o.
It is best to hand in samples in person. If required, samples can also be deposited in our sample drop area (2nd floor, north-north-east corner, in front of the laboratory wing entrance door). Please notify us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
We require our submission form for each sample set.
Please note that we are obliged to dispose biological material properly. So we need to autolaved and dispose them within 3 months after raw data return. If you want them back, please pick them up before. It is best to let us know when you hand in your samples.
